5. Goods

Physical items, such as printed manuals or hardware kits, are shipped to the address you specify. Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier.

6. Payment and Refund Policy

6.1 Services

Clients may cancel or request a full refund of service fees up to 7 days prior to the scheduled start date. Cancellations made within 7 days of the start date are not eligible for a refund; however, you may defer the service once to a new date within 30 days of the original schedule at no additional fee. This policy ensures proper resource allocation and scheduling.

6.2 Information Products

Digital products are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase provided less than 10% of the content has been accessed. After 14 days or if the usage exceeds 10%, no refund will be granted due to the nature of digital delivery.

6.3 Goods

Unused goods may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the product price. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

All offerings are provided "as is" and "as available" without any express warranties. FinnewFlow disclaims all implied guarantees, including suitability for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FinnewFlow and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our offerings.
